HER STORY

Anita Chitlangia

Anita Chitlangia is a National Board, Functional Nutrition and Functional Medicine Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

Her passion lies in guiding clients towards adopting a healthful, plant-based lifestyle tailored to tackle or reverse Type II Diabetes, as well as addressing concerns such as cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight management. Throughout her five years of experience working with functional medicine practitioners, she has become passionate about prioritizing a holistic approach; specializing in identifying the root cause of chronic diseases and techniques for reducing stress factors. She believes in her clients and leverages their strengths to help empower them to take a proactive and preventive approach to their health and well-being. Her expertise is in “Behavioral Change.”

While her physical practice is based in Houston, TX, thanks to platforms like Zoom, which allows her to serve a broader, global community. She lives by the motto “Take charge of your health and live with vitality” and inspires her clients to do the same.


Kanishk Saraogi is a certified breath-work and meditation guide. He completed the 200 hour Sivananda residential Yoga and Pranayama teacher training program and spent a year and a half living in an ashram where he did intense 'sadhana' and volunteer work.

His strong affinity with the field of introspection and self-discovery built the foundation for a significant path of personal growth. Additionally, he invested a lot of his time exploring 'Vipassana'. In 2023, he went for 4 silent, 10 day retreats and volunteered for 3 retreats back to back to observe deeper silence. He has spent the last couple of years teaching the knowledge he gained from these priceless experiences to hundreds of people from all walks of life.

He is on a mission to broaden access to mental wellness because he has a strong sense of purpose and firmly believes that everyone can start a journey of self-discovery and healing, regardless of age or background.
